Most Haven Crest products are backed by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What's Covered

If a product experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our team will review the issue and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement parts, a product replacement, or another resolution when available.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects, but it does not cover normal wear from everyday use or damage resulting from:

Improper assembly or installation
Misuse, accidents, or neglect
Commercial or business use
Exposure to conditions beyond the product's intended use
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance
