Shipping
Haven Crest proudly offers free standard shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution network and shipped using trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the size of the item, destination, and delivery service available.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey every step of the way. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Large & Oversized Items
Certain furniture and oversized products may require additional handling or specialized delivery services. Delivery methods and estimated transit times may vary depending on the product and destination. Any special shipping details will be provided during checkout or included in your shipping confirmation.
Order Changes
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Because we work to process orders quickly, changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped.
Returns
Choosing furniture and decor online should feel easy. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, we're here to help. Most unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, simply contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Including photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label helps our team resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility

- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
